GIRL'S SPRING 2025
Scripps Ranch Lacrosse Association is composed of players from Scripps Ranch and the Mira mesa area.
Our mission is to provide parents and players with an affordable lacrosse experience focused on player development. Through our high tempo, high repetition structured practices with our highly qualified coaches. We want our players to leave each season with a memorable experience, more confidence, and a leader on the field.
PARENT VOLUTEER REQUIREMENTS
Here are some of the volunteer opportunities during the lacrosse season:
- Game-Day Assistance: We need volunteers to help with various tasks on game days, such as setting up and taking down equipment, running the scoreboard, and operating the concession stand.
- Team Parent: Each team will need a designated team parent to help coordinate communication between coaches, players, and parents. Team parents may also assist with organizing team events and fundraisers.
- Coaching and Assistant Coaching: If you have experience with lacrosse and are interested in coaching or assisting the coaching staff, please let us know. Each team will have at a minimum one parent assistant coach volunteer. his individual will need to complete the USA Lacrosse Level 1 Certification. (Certifications cost will be reimbursed by the program)
- Field Maintenance: Volunteers can help maintain our practice and game fields, ensuring they are safe and in good condition for our players.
- Team Photographer/Videographer: Capture memorable moments throughout the season by volunteering as a team photographer or videographer.

When
Our 2025 Spring Season will February 4th and will run through late May.
PRACTICES
Girls Practices:
Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm

*With a potential Saturday practices
*No practice the week of SDUSD spring break, however we will have a game on the Saturday before the start of spring break.
GAMES
Game are typically held on Saturdays at various locations throughout San Diego County. Games can also be played on weekdays as well if needed.
- Saturday – Games can start as early as 8 am and can run through 5 pm
- The schedule will be posted on team app weekly.
- All players are required to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the first game to get dressed and warm up.
*Please Note we will have games the Saturday of the start of spring break. Please schedule to leave for spring break after games.
UNIFORMS
New Players will be asked to purchase their uniforms. Pricing ranges from $75-$125 depending on items purchased. At a minimum players are asked to purchase reversible Pennie and game shorts.
EXTRA COSTS
We currently don't have equipment to rent. New players will be asked to purchase a starter set to participate.
*If at the end of the season your players decides they know longer want to play lacrosse we will purchase equipment at 50% of original cost if in good condition and useable.

GIRL'S SPRING 2025
Welcome to our spring 2025 season! Our program is designed to help players of all levels improve their skills, stay in shape, and learn the game of lacrosse.
Here's what you can expect:
Program Overview:
Duration: The program runs from February 4th, 2025 through May 20th, 2025.
Ages: Kinder-8th Grade
Skill Levels: All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced players.
Training Schedule:
Practices: We hold weekly practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays, focusing on stick skills, game tactics, and conditioning.
Environment: Enjoy fun and competitive lacrosse in an excellent coaching environment with advanced, fast-tempo, organized, and professionally run practices.
